Advertising and affiliate disclosure

Transparency matters to us. What we receive for a post, a card or a link is marked “Ad” on this website.

Affiliate links carry the note “Ad” right at the link or button. If you book or buy through such a link, we may receive a commission. This comes at no extra cost to you, the price stays exactly the same.

Our recommendations are made independently. We only link to partners, products and services we use ourselves or genuinely rate. A potential commission never influences our assessment.

We set affiliate links with providers such as GetYourGuide and other travel and booking providers.

Posts and cards for which we receive something in return carry the mark “Ad”. On the stay card it says “Ad · Barter” if the night was free, or “Ad · Partner” if a place pays for content. In posts on Instagram and TikTok we also set the platform's own label for paid partnerships. Without anything in return the card shows “Paid myself”.

Google Maps reviews are never part of a deal.
